Along the stream near the hamlet of "Burgum" you can hear the whisper of one of the most beautiful natural monuments in the region. When the sunlight shines on it, uncountable cascades of a filigree waterfall shine in numerous beautiful colours. Between the cascades a dark olive-green moss grows, saturated with crystal clear and fresh water. It is tough to decide from which angle you have the best view of the waterfall. A few years ago, this spring waterfall was placed under conservation and is now a natural monument that should not be missed. Take the chance and come to rest and dream in this magical place. This natural monument can be found in the wooded Burgum valley on the way to the hut “Sterzinger Hütte” on path nr. 2.

Das Abenteuer beginnt bei der Station Ziegenhandy: flüstere der Ziege deine geheime Nachricht ins Ohr – wer kann es hören? Finde es heraus! Weiter geht’s zu den Tierbänken, hier kann nochmal kurz Rast gemacht werden, bevor man bei den Stationen Kuh-Läuten und Futterkrippe die eigene Balance testen kann. Der Ziegenbaum ist das letzte Hindernis bevor ihr auf der Kuh-Rutsche ins Ziel gelangt.

On the eastern side of the park you will find one of the largest and most attractive children's playgrounds in South Tyrol. From the sand-pit with an excavation machine, all sizes of slides, play castle, climbing pyramid, multi-child swings, cableways, swings, seesaws, merry-go-rounds etc. there is something for children of all ages.

Welcome to the playground at the Trattla leisure centre! A paradise for children of all ages awaits you here, nestled in the picturesque landscape of the beautiful valley.
Children can test their skill and courage on our versatile climbing structure. With slides, climbing walls and rope bridges, the facility offers hours of fun. The various swings and seesaws offer plenty of fun and make children's hearts beat faster. For parents, there are cosy seating areas and picnic tables to relax and enjoy time with the family.
The playground is open daily and is free of charge for visitors to the Trattla Leisure Centre.

Playground in St. Johann/S. Giovanni – fun, play, and adventure!

The playground in St. Johann/S. Giovanni is located behind the primary school, near the church. Children can enjoy not only great play equipment but also a small football pitch and an exciting zipline – the perfect place to let loose and have fun all day!

The fun-park in Naturno is a square of 40 x 20 meters with a modern ground cover for Basketball, small soccer, handball or volleyball. It has also a great area for skateboarders, inline skates and bmx. The attractions boxes go from 30 to 220 cm. Opening hours are from: 9 to 21.30 hrs

A well-kept and family-friendly playground awaits visitors in the centre of Gossensass. Surrounded by shady trees, it is a pleasant place to play and relax, especially on warm days. Children will find a variety of play equipment and plenty of space to run around, while parents and grandparents can relax on the cosy benches. The playground is a popular meeting place for locals and visitors alike - a place where all generations can meet, exercise and relax.

The playground is located near the library and the school campus in the center of Terlan. It is more indicated for little children. Nearby you'll find a field for ball-games.

The new wooden ball track inspires the children's spirit of discovery. The children follow the wooden ball with fascination, which has to overcome several elements on its way to the goal: bells, labyrinth, spiral. The wooden ball can be bought on site for € 2,00.

Playgrounds in St. Peter/S. Pietro – Two places full of fun!

St. Peter/S. Pietro offers two great playgrounds: One is located right next to the primary school in St. Peter/S. Pietro, and the other is at the start of the Sonnenwege, by the Sonnentor. Two perfect spots to let the kids play and enjoy nature!

A spacious park facility in the middle of the village of Villabassa extending over 5 hectares: the Kurpark - nomen est omen. An inviting, charming lake, a lake stage for varied cultural events, a comfortable audience stage, floodlit tennis courts are some examples of this varied infrastructure. There is a special pavilion for seniors, where they can meet up and discuss everyday life. Walkers and joggers can choose from varied baths, and relaxation areas invite you to rest. At the botanic educational path you can learn a lot about flora and fauna during a comfortable walk through the park.

Nestled in nature on the outskirts of Seis am Schlern lies the "Matzlbödele" natural playground. Surrounded by forest and fresh mountain air, it offers the perfect setting for little adventurers to play, explore, and enjoy the outdoors.

The Moassl Waterfall is a natural recreational area in the rear Pfitschvalley near Sterzing / Vipiteno. The refreshing air and the calmness at the end of the Pfitsch valley is a famous rest zone around the Moassl waterfall, a special place of energy amidst a beautiful natural setting. 

The gentle outlet of the mountain stream offers a natural Kneipp facility: after a long hike, take off your shoes and dip your feet in the invigorating cold water of the stream before warming your feet in the lush green grass. Benches invite you to linger and the forest landscape offers ideal opportunities for adventurous games. Recharge your batteries! 

Playground in Weißenbach/Rio Bianco – fun by the hiking path and Kneipp facility!

A lot of fun awaits the kids at the playground in Weißenbach/Rio Bianco, in the Wöhre area, near the hiking path, the stream, and the Kneipp facility. A great place to play, enjoy nature, and refresh yourself at the Kneipp facility!

Almost at the entrance of Vilpian is a recreational area with a field for volleyball and soccer.  A playground, a table tennis and a few tables make this area an ideal place to rest, snack or for children's parties.

The recreation area is managed by sports club Bachau.
