The farm Niederwieshof produces different homemade juices, jams and fresh fruits from the season. The Niederwieshof offers also guided tours through the farm (only by booking).
The cultivation of berries has a long tradition in Val Martello.
Freshly-made farm sauerkraut from the Lechner family in Lasa is available for purchase in butcher shops, grocery stores, the new farm shop at the cabbage storehouse, and from their own shop in the village square.
Fresh cabbage in different varieties, spice cucumbers, antipasti, jams and juices, including sauerkraut juice.
Bio Distillery
It was always the passion of Friedrich Steiner, to use products from the direct surroundings for the bio distillery Steiner. Since 2006 he is making distillates with highest bio quality.
You find exquisite quality fires and liqueurs, restored to health from fruits from a biological cultivation or wild collection in the bio quality distillery Steiner which are from our near surroundings.
Meanwhile we have an extensive assortment develop. 13 quality fires from fruit and 14 noble liqueurs from most exquisite fruits and special berries.
The distillates and liqueurs of Mr Steiner were repeatedly already awarded at the "Destillata" which the quality of the products underlines.

From leisurely “Waalweg” irrigation-channel trails through to the three-thousand metre climbs – enjoy all the authenticity of the Matsch Valley. The living traditions and customs offer you an insight into the active village community, and a stop-off to wander round the castle ruins at the entrance to the village brings the dreaded Matsch robber-barons back to fearsome life.

Arriving at the end of the Pfossental Valley you get to farmstead Vorderkaser (1,693 m a.s.l). The farm, situated in the Texel Group Nature Park, consists of several buildings that were originally built in the 13th century. Today the family of Richard Kofler welcomes guests in the tavern Jägerrast offering typical South Tyrolean dishes as well as quality meat and self-made products of the alpine cheese dairy.

The Luggin family refines their farm products right on the premises. The family makes juice, dried fruit, and vinegar from Weirouge apples. The farm shop is open year round.

The Oberniederhof farm with its 700 years is a historical heritage in Schnalstal Valley (1,500 m a.s.l.). There is more to Oberniederhof than just a vacation in a Tyrolean farm: The Tappeiner family offers its guests a wide range of organic farm products.
The Tappeiner family has specialised in breeding and keeping old breeds of farm animals that are worthy of protection or threatened with extinction. The Oberniederhof is a recognised Ark Farm and a member of the G.E.H. (Society for the Preservation of Domestic and Farm Animal Breeds Worth Protecting). At the same time, they provide insight into the history of these breeds and their current situation through vivid farm tours. Meats from special breeds give extra-tasty smoked salami and speck. In the farm shop you also find herbal teas and herbal salt produced with herbs growing on the farm.

The Weberhof has been in the hands of distillers for many generations and is located in the centre of the small village of Galsaun, in the heart of the Vinschgau Valley. Meadows, a small vineyard, a chestnut grove and fishing rights belong to the Weberhof. Distilling and weaving, two old crafts that have been rediscovered and are practised with love and passion, are what make the Weberhof so special and unique.

Preserving. The old. Creating. The new.
Sonja and Andreas have been revitalising the old farm with its cultural history for several years. They now offer organic farm produce in a lovingly designed farm shop. These include seasonal fruit from the old orchard trees, stored vegetables, potatoes and refined products such as jams, syrups and dried fruit.
The farm shop is open twice a week from Easter to All Saints' Day. In the winter months by telephone arrangement.
