The longest sledge run on the Seiser Alm needs stamina and skill, but offers you masses of fun.
The toboggan run from Tschantschenon starts in the middle of the wintry and snow-covered wood at 1800 meter and leads over a flat track with just a few curves to Zanser Schwaige (opening times from 25th december). A wonderful excursion.
For long-lasting fun on a sledge, the Molignon Sledge Run is the place to go.

Sledding through the snowy winter landscape of the Pesia Pass Holiday Area is a great treat for young and old. Also night sledding is no problem in the holiday area, the toboggan run is illuminated every day.
The toboggan run starts shortly after the car park at Zans toward Ranui. The run is pretentious and the safety is therefore is very important and should not be underestimated.
Treffpunkt Zans open from 26th December
The toboggan run starts directly from the Geisleralm hut (opening time from 26th december) and is identical to the path of ascension till the turning to Zans. From here the sleigh ride leads left through the woods down to the car park Waldschenke. The first piece of the toboggan run is steep and followed by a brisk track with just a few curves.
The toboggan run starts just below the Kaserillalm hut (opening times from 26th december) and leads over a steep slope to the snow-covered Kirchwiesl. From there the toboggan continues over a plain to the starting point Zans.
Enjoy the view of the snowy winter landscape and the nearby mountains as you ascend by cable car. Stop for refreshments at a cosy mountain tavern before racing down into the valley.

From Antermoia drive uphill towards Passo delle Erbe. After about 2 km you reach a large car park to your left with a sign “trù dla liösa”. From there you continue on foot on the main road. At the first bend follow the hiking path that takes you to Passo delle Erbe within about an hour.
You can also get to Passo delle Erbe by car.
Toboggans can be hired at the ski piste in Antermoia.

The Tru Liösa Foram natural sledging trail starts on the Piz Sorega (2,003 m) and goes across fields and through woods beneath the Piz Sorega gondola lift to San Cassiano (1,537 m). The scenery along the route is quite enchanting: from the snowy Alpine pastures of the high plateau, you reach the Foram forest before a final spurt takes you down into the valley.
The average gradient on the sledging trail is about 10 to 15%. To keep sledging fans safe, 2.3 km of the sledging track has been protected with legally compliant timber edging.
The start of the trail can be reached by the Piz Sorega gondola lift from San Cassiano.
Hiking and toboggan fun at “Hubi’s” on the Aschtalm 1950 m
At the Family Funpark at the Speikboden Ski Area, the adventure park for kids in the valley station, the little ones will have a lot of fun! Whether skiing, tobogganing, or a speedy ride on the bobsleigh - the easy slope offers plenty of space to romp around! The two conveyor belts Leni and Toni take care of the ascent. This panoramic toboggan run plunges visitors into an unspoiled winter wonderland. The Rit meadows, which in summer delight hikers with their lush and varied flowers, are popular in winter for their snow-covered alpine slopes.
With a total length of 3 km, the toboggan run of the skiing and hiking resort of Merano 2000 is ideal for families and fun group outings. The winter-time sledding track starts directly at the ropeway mountain station and leads through a picturesque forest all the way down to the valley station in Falzeben, where tireless sledgers can conveniently hop on the Falzeben gondola lift and return to the mountain station.
Toboggans can be rented at the ropeway mountain station and in Falzeben.
The sunny slopes of the Icaro - Monte Piz run guarantee tobogganing fun for the whole family. And with its unique panorama over the Schlern, Langkofel, Plattkofel, your tobogganing outing will be nothing short of unforgettable.
The toboggan run starts at 1900 meters and leads along a 5-km-long run of medium difficulty back to the starting point. The descent is identical to the path of ascension and consists of fantastic curves. An ideal winter excursion for the whole family. Note: You can shorten the ascent by taking the bus from Ranui to Zans and then hiking along the footpath to the hut Glatsch Alm. The Dusler hut is closed during the winter!
The sledding track Tristenbach in Weißenbach/Rio bianco is an adventure for everyone. With a length of 4,5 km and assured snow, the well prepared natural track serpentines its way through snowy forests to three sunny huts:

Comfortable and easy toboggan run from the Prantneralm in Wiesen / Pfitsch to Schmuders near Sterzing / Vipiteno which also suitable for children.
Toboggan possibility and toboggan rental at the Skilift in Colle/Gsieser Tal Valley.

Für den ungebremsten Rodelspaß sollte die Sicherheit stets an erster Stelle stehen: Skibrille, festes Schuhwerk mit ausgeprägtem Profil und ein Helm wird für Kinder wie Erwachsene empfohlen. Wer nachts unterwegs ist, sollte immer eine Taschenlampe dabei haben. Für Minderjährige ist das Tragen eines Schutzhelms Pflicht.
