For the preparation of our handcrafted ice cream we use high quality raw materials, preferring regional products (such as fresh milk, cream, yogurt and fruits) and products from our country (such as pistacchio, hazelnuts...). This choice of using local products guarantees the freshness of the ingredients, the enhancement of the local economy and the decrease of waste and pollution.

Since 1989, the health food shop Euvita also belongs to the Pharmacy Peer in Brixen. The idea behind setting up this shop was to help our customers and patients not only in the case of illness with medicine. The farm of a passionate sheep farmer and cheese producer from Stein is located in the rear Pflerschtal valley, at the foot of the imposing mountain Tribulaun. High-quality products made from sheep's milk are produced here with great care and traditional craftsmanship - including the finest fresh and hard cheeses and creamy sheep's yoghurt made from fresh sheep's milk.
These natural delicacies are available every Friday from mid-April to the end of October at the farmers' market in Sterzing - directly from the producer, with an authentic mountain flavour.

Quality and tradition since over 30 years

It was in 1986, that Günther Maier - owner and manager - discovered his passion for fine wines and excellent grappas. Thanks to different trips around the world as well as several courses and seminars, Günther gained an insight in the varied world of wines, learned the specific characteristics of the different varieties and how to appreciate rarest grapes.

The "Dorflodn" at the Camping Passeier in Saltaus/Saltusio, has all you need for your gourmet requirements. Some of our products are locally produced while others are from regional South Tyrolean producers. Fresh bread comes from the local bakery, and our milk is fresh from the South Tyrolean dairy cooperatives. Traditional speck bacon, cheeses as well as fresh fruit and vegetables are all sourced from local suppliers. We also stock various regional wines and beers.
