Our organic cheese factory produces a wide range of cheeses from our own farm milk. Each cheese is carefully crafted by hand to ensure it is unique and of the highest quality. From mild caciottas to spicy mountain cheese, we have something to offer for every taste.

The Despar Plattner is located slightly above the train station of Collalbo. There you will find all kinds of groceries.

We produce and sell our homemade bread and pastries. We only use the best local ingredients from Italy and Austria for the production.

 

 

Our delicacies shop Ansitz zum Löwen is located directly on the main square of Burgeis.

The butcher's shop Weissensteiner is located in the centre of Oberbozen. Here meat and sausage products of the best quality from traditional production are offered. The butcher's shop also offers catering and a barbecue service. 

The fruit & vegetable shop is located in the centre of Oberbozen, directly on the street above the train station. There you will find products of Renon, fruits, vegetables, flowers and plants.

Honey to go: Tuesdays and Thursday afternoons (by telephone agreement).

Apiculture in Rasun di Sotto/Niederrasen. The delicious honey is produced on the farm.

We offer a wide choice of whole meal breads and cakes. Selected regional and biological cereals assure freshness and daily quality.

Daily you got some freshly baked bread of different kinds.

The beverage trade "Getränke Gross" is a family-run business in Kastelruth, Telfen. We offer a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including beer, wine, soft drinks, water, spirits and much more.

Our specialties include Tyrolean Speck, "Kaminwurzen" and other homemade sausages. Besides our quality foods we provide a high level of personal service and advice.
