Each of the products from Ausser Brugghof in Katharinaberg is truly unique, the result of pure craftsmanship and genuine passion. On the farm, young farmer Patrick and his girlfriend Jana personally look after every single plant - from the first seedling to the care and harvest. They do not use large machines and instead rely on careful manual labour. Processing is also carried out in small batches in order to maintain freshness and quality at the highest level. The berries are carefully selected: Only the best fruit makes it into the jars. With a fruit content of 70%, the fruit spreads have an intense flavour. To preserve the bright colour and full flavour, they always process the fruit as fresh as possible. The ingredients for the syrups also come directly from nature and the farm: elderflowers are collected in the wild, dandelion flowers are picked from the natural meadows and basil and mint leaves grow in the farm's own garden.
