Welcome to the Alpine climbing school Schlern. The price of the course only includes the compensation of the guide. For all extra courses and escursions that foresee overnight stays in a mountain hut or other accomodation, the costs are at the customer's expense.

Insurance and responsibility
The climbing school, the guides and customers are covered by insurance in the case of infortune according to the article of the statute of the Southtyrolean alpine guides. For our clients we recommend to contract a private insurance in addition. The climbing school Schlern organizes courses and escursions, by only being a mediator, the school doesn't take any responsibily in case of an accident or other inconveniences.

The mountain guides of the Alpine School Alta Badia Guides offer you numerous ways to get to know the fascinating mountains of the Alps and beyond. Together with their experienced mountain guides you will enjoy new and unforgettable adventure.

The Alpine School which has a long tradition. We, the guides of the Alpine School Catores, are very lucky to accompany our guests in what we consider the most beautiful mountains in the world. I hope that we can also share with you an unforgettable experience in this idyllic mountain landscape.

Our weekly programme offers a vast choice of activities from easy, guided walks to more demanding summit tours. We are also happy to give further advice to you and to plan a tailor-made tour with you.

We walk, accompany and guide with passion and great enthusiasm both in our home mountains, the Dolomites, and in any other mountain area worldwide: tracing wonderful wavy tracks in the snow powder while skiing in winter, wearing our hiking boots in spring to enjoy the lush green valleys and mountain pastures, making some acrobatic moves on the vertical rocks in summer and heading far away towards adventurous trips in autumn.

Being nationally certified mountain and skiing guides for the Alpinschule Südtirol/Alpine School of South Tyrol, the profession of the alpine guide means passion. We call the Dolomites, which are part of the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE, our home and base camp. This beautiful place and its people have influenced and shaped us. It’s been the breeding ground of the skill set we need being in the mountains, and taking care of our guests. Being experienced mountain and skiing guides we thrive to provide our guests with a very unique bundle of enriching experiences. Our program is diversified and ranges from ski touring, free riding, snowshoe hiking, climbing, hiking, alpine tours to trekking in the Himalaya and the mountains of the world.

Our mountains will be the settings of shared emotions thanks to the appropriate choice of tours adapted to your level, perfectly organized and lead by top qualified guides.

Once you have chosen your activity ranging from climb with rope and bolts to skitouring with sealskin, we will place our high qualified guides and our agelong traditional experience at your disposal.
