Kurtatsch an der Weinstraße/Cortaccia sulla Strada del Vino, Alto Adige Wine Road
The authentic wine experience for all senses takes place in the newly created wing of the Cantina Kurtatsch. During the visit, you will gain fascinating insights into the importance of terroir, the variety of Kurtatsch’s vineyard sites, and its unique wines. The educational TERROIR Experience will lead you into the new dolomite barrique cellar with its natural rock wall and conclude with a tasting of 5 wines from our TERROIR line.
The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 18 people.
Please note that dogs are welcome in our wine shop and on the terrace, but for hygiene reasons they cannot take part in the guided tours.
Südtirols Süden Card: If you are in possession of the “Südtirols Süden Card”, please indicate this in the appropriate field when booking. The discount will then be applied automatically. The indication that you hold the Guest Card must be made during the booking process, as the discount cannot be granted retrospectively.
Children are very welcome to join the guided tour. Participation is free of charge for children up to 15 years old, while for teenagers aged 16 to 18 we charge €10 for the tour.

The Girlanerhof is pleased to present a special exhibition by the renowned sculptor Lothar Dellago.
From September 6th to October 31st, you will have the opportunity to admire the artist's impressive works in the historic setting of the Girlanerhof. The exhibition is open from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm and is freely accessible, no registration is required.
The highlight is the vernissage on September 5th at 5 pm, where you can meet the sculptor and his works in person. Dr. Wolfgang Drahorad will provide a deeper insight into Lothar Dellago's work with his introductory words. Do not miss this unique opportunity and immerse yourself in the fascinating world of sculpture.
Explore the Pinot Noir paradise, passing through the small villages of Pinzano and Gleno. Discover the many historical treasures along the trails, learn interesting facts about South Tyrolean wine culture, and enjoy delicious Pinot Noir. The trail is interactive and family-friendly, showing various monuments such as the Castelfeder ruin, the Caldivo Castle ruin, the Old Railway Trail or the Kiechlberg hill, the Ora waterfall and the Gleno waterfall. During the walk, you will reach several viewpoints from which you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view of the Alto Adige Adige Valley, including the Monte Corno Natural Park.

Fresh vegetables and fruits, eggs, spices, cheese, honey, wine, juice….and many more quality products cultivated and produced in Kaltern are being sold from 8 am to noon on the Square of the town. Come by and experience the taste of nature.
All these products have been produced and are being sold by the local farmers themselves.
In a matter of fact South Tyrol enjoys of a very good reputation as far as the production of quality products is concerned. Thanks to the accurate cultivation methods and the strict hygenic regulations there is no doubt that these goods are of the highest quality and of the best taste.
