The world's cross-country skiing elite will once again be guests in Dobbiaco - together we will celebrate the turn of the year. From 29 December to 1 January 2025, the best cross-country skiers in the world will be competing for prestigious World Cup points in the Nordic Arena in Dobbiaco. The Coop Fis Tour de Ski 2024/2025 will open like fireworks on 29 December 2024 with a sprint in the free technique. The classic individual race will take place on 31 December and the crowning glory will be the pursuit race , with a new unique course overlooking the Three Peaks on 1 January 2025. The hardest race in South Tyrol! 10.01.2025 - 3 Zinnen Mini Ski Marathon The Mini 3 Zinnen Ski Marathon for all children and young people is all about having fun. The youngest participants open the event at 4.00 pm in the Nordic Arena in Dobbiaco. The "Balloon Glow" with small hot air balloons will create a unique atmosphere before the prize giving ceremony. 11.01.2025 - Classic Race (62km + 30 km) 62km classic track: The starting signal is given in Val Fiscalina/Sesto. The track continues towards San Candido and Dobbiaco, it passes through the cross-country stadium Nordic Arena further into the "Landro Valley" until the View of the three Peaks and Val Fonda where the track turns and the course leads back to the Nordic Arena. From there, it continues to Villabassa. 30km classic track: The start is at the Nordic Arena Dobbiaco. From there, the course goes through the "Landro Valley" to Lago di Landro, back to Dobbiaco and then to Villabassa. Ideal for all lovers of short and less difficult races! Start Skiclassics Men: Sesto/Sexten 9.00 Start Skiclassics Women: Sesto/Sexten 9.05 Start 62 km Amateur Skiers: Val Fiscalina/Fischleintal Sesto/Sexten 9.15 Start 30 km Amateur Skiers: Nordic Arena Dobbiaco/Toblach 11.00 Finish: Niederdorf/Villabassa 12.01.2025 - Prato Piazza Mountain Challenge (30 km Free Technique) The race will start in Villabassa, the track passes over Dobbiaco through the cross-country stadium Nordic Arena further into the "Landro Valley" to the View of the three Peaks and the Lago di Landro. In Carbonin starts the mythical climb to Prato Piazza (Dolomiti Superbike route) with a 7 km ascent and an average gradient of 10%. The finish line is on Prato Piazza where the athlets can admire the magnificent scenery of the Dolomites. The magic of the Granfondo Dobbiaco-Cortina, which is ready to take flight for its 48th edition on the weekend of 1 and 2 February 2025, does not stop. The Granfondo Dobbiaco-Cortina is one of the most traditional and popular long-distance cross-country ski races, capable with its enchanting tracks to immerse the fans of narrow skis in the magnificent environmental context of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites of Alta Pusteria and the Ampezzo peaks. The dates for the 2025 edition have been confirmed for the first weekend in February, with the event re-proposing the beloved format: on Saturday 1 February, classic technique enthusiasts will open the dances of the Dobbiaco-Cortina with the 42 km TC, while on Sunday 2 February, free technique lovers will be able to unleash their energy on the 35 km course. Moonlight Classic - cross country race by night Moonlight Classic Seiser Alm is a cross-country-skiing race on the Seiser Alm/Alpe di Siusi / South Tyrol / Italy. The distances are 15 and 30 km,the classic diagonal style only is allowed. We promote young talents, support us! For every registration, the Moonlight Classic organisation committee donates one Euro, which will be doubled by a sponsor, to the South Tyrolean Sports Aid in order to support the young athlethes.
