Our gourmet cuisine has found its well-deserved place in our small “old German” dining room, where our Michelin-starred chef, Peter Girtler, showcases his creativity through his refined, innovative dishes. Tradition meets innovation, and the delicate menus created by our head chef are the result of this harmonious combination.
In our three dining-halls – two in Tyrolean rustic style from the year 1908 and one with vaulted ceiling – we serve you delicious creations from our chef Georg Steurer made of the best ingredients of the respective season, fresh fruit and vegetables of local produce as well as home made pasta and sweet delicacies. Elaborate preparation with mainly local ingredients, partly produced on our own farm, which leave nothing to be desired.
Bistro, pastry shop and ice cream parlor with large sun terrace at the entrance to the city. Homemade cakes, homemade ice cream, fresh daily meals, small dishes, coffee, aperitif and much more is waiting for you.
Lunch and dinner, we offer not only tasty pizza from the wood oven, but also homemade pasta dishes, steaks and "Tagliata" from domestic breeding, and hearty salads.

Typical regional dishes, Mediterranean and international specialities, products from our own farm, comfortable rooms and genuine hospitality are the hallmarks of good restaurants - our Restaurant Lener near Vipiteno is no exception. We look personally after our guests and serve mainly homemade dishes. We are famous for our homemade sauerkraut.

Helmut, the head of the house, will spoil you with traditional South Tyrolean cuisine and exquisite culinary delights, prepared with fresh products from our own garden and our farm.
Autumn time is Törggele time: especially for Törggelen in autumn we serve game specialties, tasty dishes such as smoked meat, meat platters with cabbage,
Dumplings, Schlutzer, homemade farmer's bacon, chimney sausage, church donuts,
and - of course - roasted chestnuts!
