In our Restaurant we will spoil you with light, authentic Italian cuisine and great variation of typical Tyrolean dishes accompanied by exquisite local and Italian wines. You can enjoy a welcoming atmosphere in our dining room and typical "Stube". We also offer you a great variety of delicious Pizzas.

In addition to our pizza romana, you can expect genuine, down-to-earth South Tyrolean home cooking at the Putzer. We place great value on regional and seasonal products. Our brewmaster Leo recommends the right variety of our “Viertel Bier” to go with it.

You will find us on the Plose, the local mountain of Brixen, where the Eisack valley displays its natural beauty and heaven and earth are particularly close. Dark forests and soft meadows are our only neighbors. The Trametsch mountain hut – led by Roswitha and Andreas Ellemund- is above Plose valley station and is easily accessible to visitors by car (large car park), as well as to hikers and skiers. As restaurant located right at the bottom of the mountain, we are open all year round. In addition to daily activity, our restaurant in Brixen at the Plose is available also for diverse celebrations and events.

Our restaurant in Bressanone is the meeting point for those who love to eat well, chat, celebrate or simply to live and let live. The local site in the arcades offers a unique atmosphere of "traubenwirt" with its frescoes, ancient columns and arched ceilings. The ideal place to enjoy Tyrolean specialties. For true gourmet in South Tyrol you can enjoy a dish at midday light of our delicious appetizers, or in the evening a prestigious surprise menu to delight your palate.

Let us spoil you in our traditional inn, in the former coach of the bishops. Enjoy typical dishes or pizzas along with the famous beer of the monastery of Andechs.

Stop off at the inn Lechnerhof, situated on 1300m, is a must. You can enjoy the view from our terrace while tasting our specialties. Homemade dumplings and cakes are awaiting you.

We have from 17:00 - 24:00 open Closed on Tuesdays We also offer exhibition space and conference rooms. As well as a Törggele way for buses.

Our family has been running the inn at the valley station of the Plose cable car for more than 25 years. Here we offer our guests a wide selection of pizzas, both at lunchtime and in the evening, as well as typical dishes of South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine. These range from the Stodlburger to Italian pasta dishes or the classic Zwiebelrostbraten to Kaiserschmarrn.

Guests can enjoy great views of the surrounding mountains and the whole Eisack valley from the sun terrace of Ahner farm. Inside, the panelled dining room provides a cosy setting. The delicious first course dishes are a highlight. Open all year round. Prior reservation desired.

Our kitchen conjures up successful combinations of South Tyrolean specialities, Mediterranean and international dishes. An extensive choice of first-rate wines and our attentive service ensure that our restaurant leaves nothing to be desired.

We serve a combination of regional specialties and Mediterranean cuisine complemented by fine wines from the Isarco Valley. Special group menus (55 seats) are available on request. Our pizzeria, the first of its kind in Bressanone since 1968, is open 6pm to 11pm. Closed on mondays.

The restaurant takes place directly on the ski piste and the mountain station Jochtal. With pizza and tipical dishes is the restaurant the perfect stop for a refreshment. Open every day (holidays from mid June to mid July). Rest day Thursday outside of season.

Whether you are looking for friendly company over a nice glass of wine or a genuine taste sensation, we are looking forward to your visit! We will be pleased to indulge you in our in-house pizzeria with an original Italian pizza created by Herbert, our pizzaiolo. You can taste the variety of the different pizzas or create one for yourself. Experience an Italian pizza – famous the world over – on our terrace as the sun goes down. Enjoy the popular Sylvaner white wine in the Sylvanerhof's bar. Our guesthouse opened in 1969 and was named after this grape variety. As pioneers of the variety, our father and grandfather planted it on the slopes of Kranebitt and Neustift. Since then it has become one of the most highly valued wines in the Eisack Valley. You can enjoy the peace and unique view of the Karspitz and Lake Radlsee over a delicious ice cream sundae or a homemade apple strudel and an excellent Italian cappuccino from our sun terrace.

The restaurant Geisler on the Plose welcomes you to its comfortable parlor and on the sunny terrace. The restaurant offers a wide choice of dishes as well as traditional Italian dishes. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays we serve fresh fish dishes. You can also enjoy some tasty pizzas cooked in a wood oven for lunch and dinner.

Our bar is near the vallystation Gitschberg Meransen
