Our restaurant is an ode to Mother Nature, Grandma Rosa and her garden, species-appropriate livestock farming and local producers. In our Stube dining parlour, we serve simple, authentic and delicious mountain produce. We are guided by a holistic concept of cuisine that goes far beyond the all-too common “we serve only filets” madness. For us, the restaurant is a meeting place: People come together here in the dining halls and on the terrace. Above all, Drumlerstuben Restaurant in Sand in Taufers is, without false promises, an authentic South Tyrolean tavern.

He has joined forces with the Steger family at the new A&L Wellness Resort to pair the current foodie highlights with his most exclusive gourmet concept yet, with generous helpings of passion and devotion. Our alpine hut is located at 1760 m altitude in the idyllic Val di Cesa in Lappago. It is only a few minutes' walk from Lappago and can also be easily reached with a pushchair. Our alp is open for refreshments from mid-July to mid-October. We look forward to you visiting us up on the alp, and enjoy a chat with us over a glass of wine and a rustic Brettljause ploughman’s lunch on our sun terrace. Enjoy a slice of freshly baked apple strudel and a glass of fresh alpine milk. Once fortified, you can then hike up Eggespitz or walk on Passo Regola, or venture over from the lakes Bergl-Seen via the Cima Cadini to Rifugio Ponte di Ghiaccio.
