Our pastry treats you with our specialty pastries: croissants with chocolate and walnuts, south tyrolean strudel, chocolates and various cakes. The cakes are made to order for any occasion. In summer you will find our homemade ice cream that you can comfortably enjoy in our garden.

In Bressanone you can find us in via Bastioni Maggiori/Großer Graben, via S. Erardo/Erhardgasse and at the Station Center. In addition to our bakery and pastry shop, you will find a wide selection of snacks, pizzas, baguettes, wraps, salads and sandwiches, as well as a small selection of groceries. In our store in via Bastioni Maggiori a coffee bar invites you to relax and enjoy our specialities. For the production of our bread we use only natural ingredients. To the delight of customers attentive to food, our wide assortment of bread was enriched by many organic products. These raw materials are good for health and a pleasure for the palate. Fine pastries, fruit tarts, cakes and strudels, there is something for all tastes. Discover the variety of our products and enjoy every day fresh baked goods.

The AdlerCafé invites you to relax, read and chat with other people. Whatever you want to do, it will be accompanied by comfortable background music. Special lamps exuberate a soothing, warm light and create a comfortable atmosphere with our designer furniture and orange-coloured fabrics, as well as the historic walls and vaults. On warm summer days, you can sit outside in the picturesque Adlerbruckengasse under the small porticos.

The ski lodge Pfeifer Huisele, located directly at the top station of the Ladurns ski area, offers hot meals with South Tyrolean specialties such as dumpling dishes, Kaiserschmarrn and much more. The hut is a meeting point for young and old, to enjoy in-house grappa or hot special drinks in an exuberant mood.

Ice-cream parlor and coffee shop with in- and outdoor seating in the centre of S. Cristina directly on Dosses square. Tasty ice creams, small snacks, fresh juices, milkshakes and much more awaits you every day of the week.

The restaurant Traube in Lana has been a meeting point for locals and tourists for more than 100 years. Since 1989 the restaurant has been managed by the Gamper family. Walter Gamper and his son Lukas run the kitchen indulging their guests with South Tyrolean specialities and seasonal dishes.

The basis of his dishes is the choice of raw materials of the highest quality, which are carefully sought among producers and suppliers who work with ethics and sustainability. Chef Laera awaits you with his Fine Dining culinary proposal to offer you a journey of strong and authentic flavours. Dogs are welcome in the bistro and on the outdoor terrace. However, pets and children unter 14 are not allowed during the evening service in the restaurant. On Sunday evening the restaurant is closed.

Our two huts are located 100 m from the Plose gondola lift in Kreuztal, close to the ‘Schönboden’ chairlift and easily accessible for skiers and snowboarders, as well as for tobogganists and walkers. By enriching the South Tyrolean menu with traditional Roman dishes, we have created a unique combination of sea and mountains. Enjoy your break on one of our panoramic terraces!

All wines are available for purchase in the Wine Shop as a present or to enjoy at home.
