The small but charming ice rink in Castelrotto is a true highlight amidst the festive village atmosphere! Open daily from November 30 to January 12, both young and old can enjoy pure ice skating fun here. Skates can be rented on-site. The ice rink of Bressanone is a meeting point for fans of skating of all ages, but also home to the Brixen workout for several associations, such as HC Falcons (ice hockey) and WSV Brixen (figure skating and curling). Even the national team ice hockey, the Russian team HC Vityaz and athletes of Team THE Schwenningen Wild Wings (Germany) have already been trained in the ice rink of Bressanone. Several teams of Austria and Germany in view of their respective national championships regularly organize their training camps autumn in Bressanone.
