South Tyrol is the meeting place of two cultures. It is a place where the Alpine and Mediterranean influences touch. These two different cuisines have their own unique and special characteristics. Reservation requested! On the one hand, it is particularly important for us to bring the regional cuisine to our guests, as we have known it since our childhood. However, we would also like to offer our guests perfected Mediterranean cuisine. Our talented chef fuses these two traditions, creating new and extraordinary dishes. We pay close attention to the ingredients used, following a simple principle: We only purchase products that we would personally use when cooking for our own children. Likewise, when buying products, we buy from local suppliers. Following these principles is important to us. On request!

Our chef of the house will spoil you personally with a variety of delicacies. In the morning we served you a rich breakfast buffet with various South Tyrol special features, homemade jams and cakes , breads, a variety of different yoghurt and cereals and an organic corner with products from strictly controlled cultivation. At lunch time we serve you in our restaurant “Tesselberger Stuben" a variety of international dishes or you can satisfy the hunger in the afternoon with a hearty snack, with different cakes and ice creams. As part of the half board in the evening you can choose between a 3-4 course menu of international dishes, as well as a fresh salad and appetizer buffet. There waiting for you special evenings such as Gala Dinner, South Tirol evening (in autumn). On request, we serve vegetarian food, dishes without Lactose or without gluten. Bon appetit!

Characteristic alpine hut located 40 minutes from the parking lot Pe de Börz, in a quiet area. It has a beautiful terrace overlooking Monte Putia. Here you can find the traditional dishes of the valley, prepared whit local and fresh products.

Atelier Moessmer Norbert Niederkofler offers a culinary journey for the senses, where the feeling of "being at home" is at the heart of the experience. It is a tribute to one’s roots and to ever-changing nature, always in harmony with the rhythm of the seasons. The renowned Villa Moessmer, which has been collaborating with top fashion brands in the textile industry for decades, provides the perfect setting for "Cook the Mountain." Surrounded by an impressive 6,000-square-meter park, this 19th-century villa once served as a creative workshop for the South Tyrolean writer Joseph Zoderer. Atelier Moessmer has been awarded 3 Michelin stars as well as the Green Michelin Star, making it one of only 35 restaurants worldwide to receive this highest gastronomic honor.

Between the Alps and the South Tyrolean Dolomites, AlpiNN by Norbert Niederkofler is located at the summit of Kronplatz at an altitude of 2.235 meters. The restaurant is housed in the same building as LUMEN, a unique museum dedicated to mountain photography. Pristine nature and breathtaking panoramas make this place truly special. In every season and every direction, stunning landscapes unfold in their purest form. Here, mountains, tradition, local culture, and culinary innovation merge into a one-of-a-kind experience. AlpiNN was created as part of a revitalization project in the former mountain station of the old cable car and opened in December 2018. The restaurant quickly became a meeting point for gourmets and mountain enthusiasts, perfectly embedded in the stunning natural surroundings. The design, crafted by Martino Gamper, follows Norbert Niederkofler’s "Cook the Mountain" philosophy.
