Cross-country ski trails in 3 Zinnen

This is a very quiet trail amidst untouched nature!               

This cross-country skiing trail is a very easy route which does not require any great effort. There are two routes leading to Dobbiaco: through the woods or across the fields. The same applies to the return route. What is especially interesting when you arrive in Dobbiaco is that you can ski as far as the Nordic Arena cross-country ski centre.

Cross-country ski enjoyment on the cross country track from Toblach/Dobbiaco till Niederdorf/Villabassa.

This course is ideal for the coldest winter days, as it is all exposed to the sun; open only if there is enough snow!

This cross country track is needed to connect Dobbiaco/Toblach with San Candido/Innichen and further on with Sesto/Sexten or Sillian.

Easy trail from Monte Baranci across the meadows and along the railway on to the Nordic Arena in Dobbiaco.

The “Rundloipe Lärchenwiese” circuit is a challenging 1.5 km course. The trail is located in the middle of our larch forests in the Fiscalina Valley with a view of the Sexten Sundial.

Starting at the “Alte Säge” restaurant, this trail leads through the forest along the Sexten stream to Schmieden, a suburb of Sexten. There is a beautiful view of the surroundings and the nature of Sexten. This section is the first part of Trail No. 16.

The “Schönfelder circular trail” has several access points and is located in Moos. With direct views of the Rotwand and the Sexten sundial. Ideally reached by public transportation (Rotwand bus stop) or, if necessary, by parking directly on site.

Sunny cross-country trail along the Drava until Winnebach/Prato alla Drava, flat trail, ideal for beginners. You can continue to Lienz (44 km) and return to San Candido by train; open only if there is enough snow!

Starting in Waldheim, one reaches Mühlenhof along the Sexten stream and always through the forest, below the foot of the Sexten Sundial. This cross-country ski trail is the first part of cross-country ski trail No. 17.

Starting and ending point: Camping Olympia or railroad station Niederdorf/Villabassa and back, 1154m length 5 km difference in altitude

Starting at the Mühlenhof, you reach the Fischleinboden hut along the Sextnerbach stream, which flows through the forest below the foot of the Sextner Sundial. This cross-country trail is the second part of cross-country trail No. 17.
