A plate full of homemade, still steaming Schlutzkrapfen ravioli is laid in front of you on the table, served by the hut keeper together with a good glass of South Tyrolean wine, accompanied by a fantastic view of the mountain peaks of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites or the main chain of the Alps: this is what high-quality enjoyment right on the slopes looks like. After all, it wouldn't be South Tyrol if there weren't delicious dishes and excellent wines from the region in the Alpine inns and restaurants next to and just off the ski slopes.
