The gastronomic tradition of South Tyrol is rich and tasty: it ranges from traditional farming dishes to the most refined cuisine for true connoisseurs, all accompanied by excellent quality wines, delicate and aromatic. You will be taken by our chef to explore our territory without having to get out of your seats!
Lunch and dinner, we offer not only tasty pizza from the wood oven, but also homemade pasta dishes, steaks and "Tagliata" from domestic breeding, and hearty salads.
In our three dining-halls – two in Tyrolean rustic style from the year 1908 and one with vaulted ceiling – we serve you delicious creations from our chef Georg Steurer made of the best ingredients of the respective season, fresh fruit and vegetables of local produce as well as home made pasta and sweet delicacies. Elaborate preparation with mainly local ingredients, partly produced on our own farm, which leave nothing to be desired.
Our restaurant is located in the historic center of Vipiteno. In addition to our cozy bar we also have 2 Stube, a wine cellar and a splendid sun terrace. We would be delighted to spoil you with modern dishes and delicious pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven.
