Located directly on the Meraner Höhenweg, we are the ideal starting point for hikes in and around the Texel Group Nature Park and offer our guests in addition to cozy Brettljausen, warm cuisine with traditional and international dishes and a cozy place to sleep everything your heart desires. From Algund by chairlift, car, or on foot (about 1/2 hour) to Vellau. From there with the basket lift or on foot (about 1 1/2 hour) continue directly to Leiteralm. The Wurzer Alm (1707 m) is a typical mountain pasture and is wonderfully situated in the middle of lush meadows. Stop off and eat well - marvel at the mountains - watch our animals - and relax!

Beautiful Sun terrace with the best panoramic view of Merano 2000, from here you can see as far as the Dolomites, the lake of Kaltern, the Brenta group, the Koenigsspitze, as well as to the Oetztaler and Stubaier Alps.

The mountain hut Moschwaldalm is located on 1,750m height a little off the hiking area Merano 2000 in a quiet, sunny location with wonderful views.

The Kirchsteigeralm alpine hut, at the valley station of the chairlift Mittager in the hiking area Merano 2000, is the starting point for beautiful walks round. Traditional cuisine and accommodation. In the evening only on reservation.

The Piffinger Köpfl mountain inn is situated near the summit station of the Funicular Meran 2000 and the cable car Falzeben. During winter apres-ski for young and old. Tasty, easy dish meals, cakes, strudels and other homemade treats.

The Gasthof Jocher is located in the middle of alpine meadows directly below the Vigilius church. Chalet Zuegg 1.776 m At the foot of Mount Ifinger, Chalet Zuegg blends modern architecture with alpine charm and refined cuisine. In the Merano 2000 ski and hiking area, guests can enjoy regional specialties, creative gourmet dishes, and selected wines. On certain days, tasteful live music adds an extra touch to the dining experience.
