Welcome to our mountain farm at the foot of the Latemar, high up at 1,400 metres! Here, where the air is clear and the view is endless, we proudly maintain a small, traditional organic farm – rooted in a deep respect for nature and a loving approach to animal care. Enjoy breathtaking views of the mountain ranges and our animals grazing peacefully.
Our dairy goats live in species-appropriate, natural conditions. We practice mother-bonded kid rearing, allowing each young goat to stay close to its mother from birth and grow up with warmth and security. Gentle rearing, respectful treatment, and a strong focus on animal welfare are essential to us.
From our own small dairy, we produce a variety of handcrafted goat cheeses. We offer semi-hard and hard cheese specialities that reflect the rich, distinctive flavour of our goat milk. Whether mild, creamy, tangy or bold – our range delights every cheese lover.
On request, we also offer fresh farm products: yoghurt, fresh cheese, and milk – all directly from the farm. Fresh, regional, and produced with full transparency – enjoy the best of the mountains in premium organic quality and with a clear conscience.
