    • 250g flour
    • 200 g soft butter
    • 50 g ground almonds
    • 1 package of vanilly sugar
    • 3 tbsp cocoa
    • 1 egg
    • 100 g apricot jam
    • 100 g chocolate glaze


Mix all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl. Let cool in refridgerator for 2 hours. Roll out dough until 2 to 3 mm thick. Cut out cookies and bake in a oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. Spread jam on the cookies and put together like a sandwich. Heat the chocolate glaze in a bain-marie and cover half of each cookie sandwich. Let dry on a cake rack.
