Apple and mint drink


Basic information

    • handful of peppermint leaves or 2 peppermint tea bags
    • 400 ml water
    • juice of 1 lemon
    • 200 ml cloudy apple juice
    • 200 ml mineral water
    • 1 tbsp honey
    • mint leaves


Scald the fresh peppermint leaves in boiling water, leave to cool and strain. Add the lemon juice, apple juice, mineral water and honey to the peppermint tea. Mix together well. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
