As part of the half board, a dreamlike breakfast buffet welcomes you in the morning until 10.30 am, with homemade delights, sweet and savoury specialties, allowing you to start your day just as you prefer. In the evening, an exquisite menu, which is served at the restaurant, is the perfect finish.

In our three dining-halls – two in Tyrolean rustic style from the year 1908 and one with vaulted ceiling – we serve you delicious creations from our chef Georg Steurer made of the best ingredients of the respective season, fresh fruit and vegetables of local produce as well as home made pasta and sweet delicacies. Elaborate preparation with mainly local ingredients, partly produced on our own farm, which leave nothing to be desired.

Ungererhof farm lies at the foot of the Jaufenspitze mountain at an altitude of 1,540m. Enjoying an idyllic spot at the end of the valley, it offers a culinary journey through the four seasons. Walter the farmer fills his popular potato ravioli with whatever nature has to offer at the time of making: sorrel, nettle, herbs, pumpkin and even mountain pine buds. The farm also offers light bites with meat products from the farm as well as home-made Tyrolean Graukäse cheese. Open from 1st March to 6th January. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Prior reservation required.

Heartly cooking is the focus of our restaurant. We offer traditional and new dishes: our chef creates delightful secrets of local specialities. And marvelous desserts as surprising end of your meal.

Lunch and dinner, we offer not only tasty pizza from the wood oven, but also homemade pasta dishes, steaks and "Tagliata" from domestic breeding, and hearty salads.

Helmut, the head of the house, will spoil you with traditional South Tyrolean cuisine and exquisite culinary delights, prepared with fresh products from our own garden and our farm. Autumn time is Törggele time: especially for Törggelen in autumn we serve game specialties, tasty dishes such as smoked meat, meat platters with cabbage, Dumplings, Schlutzer, homemade farmer's bacon, chimney sausage, church donuts, and - of course - roasted chestnuts!

We serve in addition to the typical local dishes also delicious italian and international dishes. The chef cooks here in person!

At the Hotel Guesthouse Post you can enjoy a holiday and taste the original South Tyrolean cuisine. You can go back to basics and enjoy what makes you feel good. Our ski lodge in Ratschings, the Schistodl, is located directly on the valley run. For lunch we serve 30 different pizzas and delicious specialties from South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine. In winter, we offer you from 11 am to 18 clock throughout hot meals. In summer the Schitodl is closed.
