Adventurous snowshoe hike across alpine meadows below the impressive mountain scenery of the Latemar and the Zanggen.
This adventurous snowshoe hike begins in the car park in Obereggen, where trail [11] leads to the Grosswiesen meadows. Continue on the trail marked [10] to the Epircher Laner Alm Alpine farm (1,830 m) where hikers can enjoy a break and refreshments. The snowshoe hike continues via forest road [22A] to the Geroldbach stream. Follow trail marker [22, 21] down to the starting point.
Getting to the starting point of the tour by public transport is easy and convenient.

- 180 from Bozen | Bolzano,
- 180 or 184 from Karersee | Lago di Carezza, Karer Pass | Passo Costalunga, Welschnofen | Nova Levante
- 184 from Birchabruck | Ponte Nova, Stenk, Eggen | Ega
- 184 from Weissenstein | Pietralba, Petersberg | Monte San Pietro, Deutschnofen | Nova Ponente
- 182 from Steinegg | Collepietra, Gummer | San Valentino
- 180 from Val di Fassa
