Let's get on the slopes! Plan de Corones is perfect for across-the-board skiing fun - and the Kronschool has all the kit you need. We offer individual and group lessons to teach you all the secrets of the perfect turn; in the Newschool Fun Park you can get a taste for freestyle.
Our ski-and snowboardschool is run by a yound, fully-qualified team of instructors. Our philosophy is to offer optimal support and individual instruction up to the New School level.
When the Dolomites and the Plan de Corones shed their white mantel, at the Cimaschool the activities continue nonstop! Summer offers many opportunities to explore the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and for this reason Cimaschool has developed a vast program of summer activities.
Many of our guests do not limit themselves to just skiing, but also come to South Tyrol to enjoy hiking, climbing or cycling tours. What could be better than an exploratory tour with a knowledgeable local guide? Some of our collaborators are not only ski instructors, but hiking guides, athletic trainers and bike guides: they know our territory perfectly, so they are the most suited for introducing our guests to the beauty of South Tyrol through a wide range of activities.
We also organize excursions in collaboration with various hotels. Since Plan de Corones has also become a tourist attraction in the summer, our shop and souvenir shop located on the top of the mountain, as well as our shop in the center of Valdaora di Mezzo, all remain open even in summer.
The Snowsports 3 Zinnen ski school is located directly on the Gsieser cross-country ski trail at the Binta Pub in Colle and offers a comprehensive programme for winter sports enthusiasts of all levels. Our young and motivated team teaches beginners the basics of skiing and cross-country, while advanced skiers benefit from technique and style training. Private lessons, group courses, snowboard & freeride, as well as telemark and guided ski tours in the Dolomiti Superski areas, are highlights of our program. Ski school NORDIC offers additionally further kind of winter sports: snowshoeing, telemark, winter-nordic-walking. We also accompany for curling, tobogganing or ice skating.
The 1, 2 and 3-km cross-country ski tracks (signposted in blue and green) are located in the first flat section and are ideal and highly recommended for beginners. The 5-km training track is suitable for experienced cross-country skiers (signposted in red); it is also certified for national cross-country races. For a longer cross-country tour (signposted in black), its possible to cross the entire valley in a 10-km long circuit whilst enjoying views of a fantastic mountain landscape, the Stevia and the Chedul Group, as far as the Pra da Ri meadow.
