An absolute pleasure trail: flowing and embedded in the beautiful Dolomite landscape, the Paravis Trail winds its way from the mountain station of the Gran Paradiso chairlift, at the highest point of the famous Città dei Sassi (Stone City), to the valley station. The Ladin name Paravis stands for paradise and the trail lives up to its name, as it is constantly accompanied by paradisiacal views of the Sella massif and the Sassolungo. Fun for big and small bikers alike, and anyone sitting on the chairlift can often hear the bikers whooping with joy on the trail.
This circular tour around South Tyrol's number one ski resort, the Kronplatz, can be started from any of the villages surrounding the mountain and can be ridden in both directions, clockwise and counterclockwise. An easy trail for the whole family of 3,600 meters leads from the modern Piz Seteur cableway down to the Plan de Gralba. The flowing track is the ideal starting point for those who want to improve their basic biking skills.
This medium-difficulty tour first leads you out of the valley on the cycle path, past the football pitch in Niederrasen and under the Puster Valley road. The route then continues to Oberolang and veers towards the Pustertal Valley cycle path. After the cemetery in Oberolang, turn right, follow the road to the hamlet of Salla and cycle on to Welsberg. Follow the cycle path along the river in the direction of the Gsieser Valley. After approx. 2 km, turn off towards Taisten, cycle through the village and then reach the beautiful hill from where you have a breathtaking view of the Dolomites. Continue along the road until you reach the Obergoste, from where you descend to Rasen. After the Hotel Alte Goste, the cycle path turns right to Rasen (gravel road from here) and you return directly to Niederrasen.
A great tour with a mix of history, nature park landscape and breathtaking views. This tour, which is the clockwise version of the Regensburger-Hütte tour, is particularly suitable for bikers who are not yet very familiar with mountainbiking. Of course, it is still not a walk in the park, because you should have some uphill and downhill riding skills. The St. Jakob’s Church is the first highlight of the tour: the small church, the oldest in Val Gardena, is located in the middle of the forest and only the church spire towers above the trees of the Rasciesa Forest. The legend of Count Jakob and the wonderful view of the Sassolungo group lend this place something magical. The rest of the tour runs through the Puez/Geisler Nature Park: pure nature, a beautiful Dolomite landscape and numerous places to stop and enjoy the delicious South Tyrolean food in traditional mountain huts. Most of the route is on gravel roads, although some steeper sections uphill and especially downhill should not be underestimated.
All in all, a great ebike and mountain bike package to enjoy!

At the start of the new cable car in the centre of Nova Levante/Welschnofen there is an attractive ‘flow trail’ for bikers of all types. The trail has plenty to offer, with its twists and steep turns, small bridges, jumps and north-shores, which will get every biker’s heart beating faster!
The freeride track is unique in the whole valley. It starts from the mountain station of the Ciampinoi and leads you down until the Pra Valentini hut. The track was built in the woods and the ride down to the bottom is for everyone an unforgettable experience.
An easy trail for the whole family of 3,600 meters leads from the modern Piz Seteur cableway down to the Plan de Gralba.
On July 15, 2017 opens the Cir flow trail. A sequence of bumps, parabolic and north shore, whose rhythm, along with an average slope of 8%, makes it almost impossible to use the brakes. Particular care was reserved for the bottom covered with a layer of binder. Some variants allow the most beloved to make some nice jump. The route runs from Dantercepies 2300 mt, reachable both by the cable car from Selva and the chairlift from the Gardena Pass (and then from Corvara with the Plans Frara lft), to the Gardena Pass at 2120 mt.
At the foot of the giants of the Dolomites, the Rosengarten/Catinaccio and Latemar, this tour leads over roots and stones. From Welschnofen/Nova Levante, the trail leads steeply uphill past Karer See/Lago di Carezza to the idyllic Mitterleger/Radura di Mezzo. Via paths through the Latemar forest, you reach the Karerpass/Passo Costalunga.
Tip: Ideal e-bike tour or for MTB enthusiasts who like to tackle altitude metres.
The FLOW definition was invented for this trail: the path initially has individual "bumps", which can, but not at all costs be jumped. The track continues with a very fluid line with numerous parabols under the upstream station of the Dantercepies lift, up to the intermediate station. Beginners and advanced, but also kids will enjoy a world on this trail. Repeating the Flow Trail will not be a problem: thanks to the Dantercepies lifts, bikers and bikes will be transported from the intermediate station to the upstream station in the shortest time.
The classic of the Val d'Ega, the Latemar Ronda offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Dolomite mountains and is a dream tour for all those who want to get very close to the Latemar by mountain bike. Clockwise, the Latemar massif can easily be mastered by mountain bike beginners as well as families during a full-day tour without any major climbs. The starting point of this unique scenic tour can be the villages of Welschnofen/Nova Levante, Karersee/Carezza or Obereggen.
There are rarely so many facets to a tour: the Via Crucis from the Vallunga to Daunëi, the gravel path to the Juac Hut with its wonderful panorama, the gravel road that leads to the Regensburger Hut accompanied by the imposing rock faces of the surrounding Dolomites, the wonderful view from Col Raiser and Seceda. The descent on gravel roads from Seceda towards S. Cristina should not be underestimated on this tour, as they demand a lot of driving skills and strength.

This easy MTB tour delights everyone, as it runs mostly on the forest path without any major challenging passages. The fantastic view of the neighbouring Dolomite mountains such as Rosengarten/Catinaccio, Schlern/Sciliar and Latemar is always fascinating.
If you drive below the Catinaccio and through the Latemar forest, you will reach Lake Carezza. This fairytale lake lies at the foot of the Latemar and reflects the beautiful mountain range. Lake Carezza is always a worthwhile excursion destination: in spring it is full of water while in autumn, you can catch sight of the nymph on the shore who, according to legend, lives there.
Flow lovers will love this tour. The Trail Arena Val Gardena is probably the most panorama-rich trail park in the Alps and impresses not only with its wonderful views, but also with its 4 flow trails and the challenging freeride trail. All in all, a circuit around the tourist stronghold of Wolkenstein, with bends, jumps and lots of speed. Those who like it really technical will love to ride the Ciampinoi trail. Thanks to the 5 lifts of the Trail Arena (Dantercepies, Cir, Piz Seteur, Gran Paradiso, Ciampinoi), which can be used with the Trail Arena Ticket or with the Super Summer Card, there are hardly any metres in altitude that have to be pedalled uphill and the trails can be repeated as many times you want.
