We offer a curated list of superb wines from South Tyrol, as well as vintages of the most renowned Italian wineries to complement your meal.

Gasthof Kohlern's cuisine, with its full commitment to Bozen's tradition of special delicacies, has distinguished itself many times. Mushrooms, blossoms and herbs come from the surrounding woodland and meadows. Meat and vegetables come preferably from the farmers in the region. Everything is home-made.
