Our in-house restaurant "Rosmarin" at the Apparthotel Central in Sand in Taufers awaits you with the culinary delights of our beautiful country South Tyrol, as well as delicacies from all over the world.

Sometimes you find something special just in the simple. For our kitchen this means: fresh, regional ingredients, traditional recipes and great care in the preparation. Out of conviction we use products from the South Tyrolean agriculture and obtain most of our meat products from the surrounding organic farms. Free-range eggs from local farmers and of course only "Puschtra" potatoes are served here.

We offer fresh homegrown products; meat, fish (trout; please order in advance), vegetables, herbs, and jellies. Our restaurant Schüsslerhof is ideal for family celebrations, company festivities, and weddings. We will gladly reserve our restaurant for you. Pizza Paul Dorfcafè in the centre of St. Johann/San Giovanni

Our alpine hut is located at 1760 m altitude in the idyllic Val di Cesa in Lappago. It is only a few minutes' walk from Lappago and can also be easily reached with a pushchair. Our alp is open for refreshments from mid-July to mid-October. We look forward to you visiting us up on the alp, and enjoy a chat with us over a glass of wine and a rustic Brettljause ploughman’s lunch on our sun terrace. Enjoy a slice of freshly baked apple strudel and a glass of fresh alpine milk. Once fortified, you can then hike up Eggespitz or walk on Passo Regola, or venture over from the lakes Bergl-Seen via the Cima Cadini to Rifugio Ponte di Ghiaccio. We look forward to your visit on our alp in Zösenberg!
