South Tyrolean bread is made from the best grains and is baked according to traditional methods. Regional bread types like Vinschgau Paarlbrot and Schüttelbrot bread have been made for hundreds of years. Only natural ingredients such as flour, water, salt, yeast, sour dough and herbs are used for bread types with the South Tyrolean seal of quality. Preservatives or other additives are taboo.
