Founded in 1956 by Hans and Marianne Mair, we enrich meat and sausage specialties of local beef, calf, pork, lamb and game in traditional Tyrolean butcher's art.
Our customers find our own meat and sausage products as well as a selection of dairy and cheese products, homemade take-away food according to season and other delicacies, refined homemade spices, selected specialties of our region, Schüttelbrot and herbs, jams and fruit juices and, of course, a selection of wines from the most renowned South Tyrolean cellars.
