Climbing

Via ferrata: Col dei Bos

from center

The challenging via ferrata has at one point grade D with a protruding stretch. The whole via ferrata is secured by a very taut, thick rope and anchors placed at short gaps.

Itinerary

The starting point is the Restaurant Da Stobel below the Falzarego Pass.
The via ferrata has an interesting and varied ascent with a short approach and a relatively short descent. The entire tour is well secured. Arm strength and dexterity are used right at the start of the via ferrata, after which the ascent becomes easier.
From Col dei Bos, it descends to NO in a fork and through a not very exciting gorge to Lazzaretto.
