From Zans to Mount Zendleser Kofel

The hike to Mount Zendleser Kofel leads on perfectly prepared hiking trails through the Puez-Geisler Nature Park up to the summit (2422 m). From there you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Geisler peaks and the entire Villnöss valley.

Itinerary

From the Zans car park via trail no. 25 along the Kaserillbach stream to the meadow Kirchwiesl. From there continue along trail no. 33 to the hut Gampen Alm. Then continue along a steep ascent to the hut Schlüterhütte. From there, take trail no. 7 to the Kreuzkofeljoch and continue to Mount Zendleser Kofel. The descent to the hut Schlüterhütte is initially on the same trail. From there take trail no. 32 to the hut Kaserill Alm and back to the Zans car park.
