Itinerary
From the parkingarea  Gasser hut to the Mair in Plun hut. Than follow the trail no. 7A to the Gaststeiger Sattel. From there, follow trail no. 1 along the wide ridge to the refuge located on the summit of the Rittner Horn. As a way back we can recommend the variant from Unterhonhaus on the marking no. 15 further over Kapranka to the parking lot Kaser (P3) and back to the Gasser hut.

Getting to the starting point of the tour or point of interest by public transport is easy and convenient.
Directions
In Villanders, first follow the signs to the Villanderer Alm (turn right at the DESPAR). After about 20 minutes you reach the parkingarea Gasserhütte, for which you have to pay.
