The Schneeburghof is located on the most beautiful observation deck from Dorf Tirol/Tirolo, in the middle of plantations from orchards. From Friday to Wednesday from 12 pm to 2 pm and from 6 pm to 9 pm we offer South Tyrolean specialities. In the afternoon we serve homemade apple strudel. In the evening we ask you to book a table.

On Tuesdays, we take a little break, but on all other days of the week, we warmly welcome you.

Our farmhouse tavern can be found right on the Merano High Mountain Trail and the Hochmuth cable car mountain station, and is the perfect starting point for a multitude of different hikes. We will be delighted to serve you with our own farm produce and hot food throughout on our sun terrace. Home production of speck bacon and Kaminwurzen smoked sausages. We can be accessed via the Hochmuth cable car; via the Vellauer Felsenweg trail, from the Leiteralm along the Merano High Mountain Trail; via the Tiroler Kreuz inn.

We can be accessed via the Hochmuth cable car; via the Vellauer Felsenweg trail, from the Leiteralm along the Merano High Mountain Trail; via the Tiroler Kreuz inn.

Restaurant valley farm "Mutkopf" – your last stop on the way to the Mutpeak. The Mutkopf restaurant valley farm is an idyllic hiking destination with astonishing views over the Adige Valley (Merano side), the Venosta Valley up to the Ortler range and onto the peaks of the south-tyrolean Dolomites to the south. The Restaurant valley farm Mutkopf and the guesthouse Talbauer (Locanda) are run by members of the same family. A winding trail climbs up the mountain from the Talbauer, through the shaded forests up to a natural panoramic plateau. Here - at a height of 1684m - lies the guesthouse Mutkopf. This establishment is the last stop for hikers on the way to the Mutpeak and an ideal resting opportunity halfway to the lakes of Sopranes into the fascinating mountain landscape of the Texel Nature Park.

Our establishment, which is ten minutes above the famous Tappeinerweg trail surrounded by vineyards, is the perfect destination for visitors looking for peace and relaxation. The Sandgruberhof is located in the pedestrian zone leading to Tyrol Castle, around 10 minutes on foot from the center of the village. The historic structure of the Sandgruberhof has been fundamentally preserved to the present day. It is easy to forget time and space in the centuries-old vaulted cellar, in the garden with its spectacular views and whilst enjoying the lovingly prepared dishes and delicacies.
