The cheese dairy has already won several awards. Electricity is produced sustainably. The heating is powered by waste products from the nearby located mountain pine oil distillery. In cooperation with the local tourism association, once a week there is a guided tour with tasting and production of fresh cheese. Participants can experience animal husbandry and the production of agricultural products in the farm and in the dairy.

An idea by Perla, the A. Mano project was born in 2021 with the aim of creating a line of “prêt à manger” delicatessen products that maintain the quality and popular tradition of Italian home cooking.
