from center

The "climatic terrain cure" is a specialized form of exercise therapy combining performance-adjusted walking, endurance training and outdoor activity. Controlled walking strengthens the cardiovascular system and supports overall health.

Terrain Cure Trail 3 leads from the Aschbach plateau through shaded forest down to Töll. Its gentle profile makes it ideal as a basic endurance and preparatory training route.

The "Terrainkur" trails in Partschins/Parcines have been certified by the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich.
