From the Falzarer Joch, the ascent to the Fallmetzer begins – a highlight of this tour. The path along the southeast ridge takes you directly to the summit, offering an unparalleled panoramic view. The return path follows the same route back to the Falzarer Joch.
From there, continue toward the Gitsch, where you’ll be rewarded with a breathtaking 360° view of the South Tyrolean Alps – the slightly challenging climb is absolutely worth it! The descent follows the southern side of the Gitschberg, passing sunny slopes and picturesque landscapes.
Book your tickets for the cable car ride online in advance or directly at the skipass office in Meransen.
Make sure to check the operating hours of the Gitschberg cable car and the opening times of huts along the route beforehand.
