A somewhat longer but rewarding circular hike along the Mitterwaal in Glurns / Glorenza.
Itinerary
The circular hike starts at the Tauferer Tor in Glurns / Glorenza. From there, follow the cycle path in the direction of the Reschenpass until you reach the camping "Camping im Park". There you cross the Etsch river and the main road and follow this path to the entrance of the Mitterwaal. Follow the Mitterwaal and at the crossroads change to the Arzweg trail (no. 23). Follow this trail to the St. Martin chapel. From there, descend back to Glurns / Glorenza via the Treiweg trail.
Attention, the Mitterwaal has no water. Refreshments are available at the inns in Glurns.
