Start at the parking lot in the center of Terenten (1,211 m) and follow the Mühlenweg to Trail 22A, which leads to the Englalm (1,825 m). Continue on the Alpenrosensteig No. 8 to the Moseralm (1,874 m). From there, ascend via Trail 8B to the Kompfoss Lake (2,476 m), the highest point of the route.
The descent follows Trail 22 to the Tiefrastenhütte (2,312 m) and the Tiefrastenhüttl (2,027 m). Via the Gamssteig (Trail 5A), you reach the Hof Alm (2,107 m) and then the Pertinger Alm (1,861 m). Return along Trails 5 and 5B through the Winnebach Valley (1,418 m) back to the center of Terenten.
