A pleasant hike through high-altitude woods and alpine meadows with a beautiful panoramic view. Accompanied by typical mountain-meadows overgrown with special flowers and herbs, but also walking through woods, the hikers have the possibilities to stop off at one of the three huts to taste the typical south tyrolean food.

Itinerary

The hike starts from the church plaza in Weissenstein and continues on Trail [15] to the Pichlwiese. Continue on Trail [E5] to the Köser Valley, to the Lahner hut, an along Trail [G] until you come to the Schmiederalm and Schönrastalm. Via the Pichlwiese and on Trail [15], you can return to the Maria pilgrimage church in Weissenstein.
