Just outside the village of La Val, in the hamlet of La Cialciara above Furnacia, there is the parking for the Armentara meadows with the homonymous cross-country skiing area.
After a short walk on a well-prepared and signposted trail, in about 20 minutes, you reach the Armentara cross-country skiing area with 3 routes of various lengths (3, 4 and 5 km).
