This varied route links the trails of Tiers and the Seiser Alm running park, doubling the running fun.
To begin with, the route leads steadily uphill to the Völsegger Bild shrine where you will find a drinking fountain. This is the highest point of the route. From here, take the forest path to the Schönblick restaurant, where you will be rewarded with a breathtaking view of the Isarco/Eisack Valley. The route now leads down along a forest to below the Croda del Maglio/Hammerwand. You come out of the forest shortly before Umes/Ums and continue along a stretch of tarred road with a fabulous view of Fiè/Völs, shortly after which you arrive at destination, the church square.
