Easy winter hiking tour in the Avinga valley near the border to Swiss.
Go by car to Taufers/Tubre, direction Avingatal valley, continue along the mill path, turn left at the end and park the car at a woodshed, the former treshing machine (1,325 m).
Turn left onto the alpine road No. 1 to the Mangitzeralm Alpine Pasture (not open to the public) at 1,837 m.
The ascent is not steep and therefore suitable for snowshoe beginners.
Tip: Next to the footpath, there is a toboggan run.
