Sunnsat Run Trail

The Ahrntal Sunnsat Trail stretches from St. Peter/S. Pietro to Luttach/Lutago.

The start is at the "sun gate" in St. Peter/S. Pietro, 1242 metres above sea level. From there, the ascent begins over the Taser Antratt up to 1400 m and then descends again to St. Jakob/S. Giacomo (church), 1192 m. Follow trail no. 12A to Steinhaus/Cadipietra (Koflhöfe), 1215 m and take trail no. 12A + 4 in the direction of Keilbach.  Via path no. 6 + 6a - Holzberg - ascend to the hut Bizat Hütte, 1416 m. The descent via trail no. 18 - Bloßenberg leads us to the Platterhof, 1200 m. Then take trail no. 10 + 19 b over the Rohrberg, again ascending towards Stallila, 1472 m and no. 23 Brunnberg (Großstahlhof), 1200 m. After the descent via path no. 23 we reach our destination, the "sun gate" at the sculpture park in Luttach/Lutago, 962 m above sea level.

The walk can also be done in the opposite direction.
