The Cocun, ‘Cork’ in Ladin, is the hidden gem of the Ciasa. In a cellar filled with 24,000 bottles and 1,900 labels is a unique restaurant. Here, the quality of the raw materials and their history reign supreme without the need for many frills. Our cuisine is just as varied and contains influences from all over the world as our wines. For us at Cocun, it is essential to drink and eat with curiosity and attention.
