En route to the peak at 3,318 m up, be sure to pay a visit to the Düsseldorfer Hütte mountain hut for a well-earned break before continuing your ascent. As you sit on the sun terrace and enjoy a sip of tea from your flask, you can take a moment to savour the view of the Ortler’s classic three peaks before heading on. Upon reaching the summit, you are rewarded with a truly unique view.

Directions by public transport

Transport

From Spondinig/Spondigna via Stilfserjoch pass road SS 38 to Gomagoi, then left to Sulden/Solda. Continue on to the car park at the valley station of the Kanzel chairlift. It is approx. 20 km from Spondinig to Sulden.

Parking facilities are available at the car park alongside the valley station of the Kanzel chairlift.
