Hiking from Lajen/Laion to the pond "Punholz"

Starting from Lajen/Laion, follow the road towards St. Peter/San Pietro until you reach the Maria Einsiedel chapel and the butcher's shop. To the left of the butcher's house begins the Poststeig/Sentiero della posta. The path is always marked with a P. After about half an hour's walk you reach the small hamlet of Tschöfas/Ceves. Here you follow the marking no. 34. Via a forest path you reach the farm Gspoi where you change to path no. 11. After about 20 minutes you reach the somewhat hidden but beautiful pond Punholz. The way back is via trail no. 35, which leads downhill all the way back to Lajen/Laion.
