The snow-blanketed Calvary Hill in Kastelruth, known locally as the ‘Kofel’, is the destination of this short but sweet winter walk, which boasts wonderful views over Kastelruth and the surrounding area. The Kofel is much loved by locals and guests alike as a place of relaxation and recreation.
The tour begins in the Krausen square in Kastelruth village centre. A short, steep path (No. 15) leads up the Calvary hill. After a short walk around the Kofel, return to Krausen square along the same path.
