The tunnels in the Lagazuoi mountain
A 1.5-hour hike through the open-air museum of Lagazuoi: the rock tunnel, a former battlefield between the former wartime enemies of Austria and Italy, has now become a symbol for peace and mutual understanding, a meeting point of the history of the province.
Getting to the starting point of the tour or point of interest by public transport is easy and convenient.
Follow the SS244 Val Badia road towards La Villa and continue on road SS37 to San Cassiano.
