The farm of a passionate sheep farmer and cheese producer from Stein is located in the rear Pflerschtal valley, at the foot of the imposing mountain Tribulaun. High-quality products made from sheep's milk are produced here with great care and traditional craftsmanship - including the finest fresh and hard cheeses and creamy sheep's yoghurt made from fresh sheep's milk. These natural delicacies are available every Friday from mid-April to the end of October at the farmers' market in Sterzing - directly from the producer, with an authentic mountain flavour.
