Alpine Kneipp Tour Rio Lagundo

Take the Aschbach cable car (included in the Guest Pass) and walk left up the forest path (following the signs for the Aschbach forest adventure trail) to the junction.
Keep left there and follow the forest path for about 20 minutes until you reach an idyllic Kneipp station on your right. Enjoy this under the theme "pick-me-up".
Take the same route back to the crossroads and follow the Aschbach forest adventure trail.
The next Kneipp station no. 45 is located by the imposing throne chairs.
Further along the adventure trail in the forest, a new barefoot parkour awaits you. Take off your shoes and feel the ground!
At the end of the forest adventure trail you come to the Tholer farm. Walk up the road to the Wer(stott)Schual and the Hütterhof with its herbal - nutrition Kneipp station.
The last station is right in front of the Aschbach cable car: an alpine herb garden!
